- Dish options
- Cooking for meats, without an ingredient, sauce on the side, cut in two, and paid extras. Removing an ingredient will never change the declared allergens: guests will still be asked to tell the staff about an allergy.
- Set menus and the daily specials board
- Starter and main or main and dessert at a fixed price, and today’s specials posted from a phone in seconds.
- Course timing
- Starters first or with the main, drinks first, dessert later: the kitchen will send the next course when the table is ready.
- Calling the waiter and asking for the bill
- From the table, in one tap.
- A replacement dish
- When a dish sells out, the menu will suggest another.
- The restaurant’s pairings
- This wine with this dish: you will choose them.
- Rooms and zones
- Main room, upstairs, terrace and balcony in the floor plan.

- Offered to every guest after the meal, not only the happiest.

- From the same menu, with no platform commission.

- Given to food-aid charities.
- The menu in more than 40 languages
- Translated automatically and checked by the restaurant. Allergens will always come from the EU list, never from the translation.
On our roadmap
- Cashback usable at every Couvio restaurant
- Being explored, subject to the rules on electronic money; it might take the form of points that can never be cashed out.
- A conversational waiter (AI)
- It would answer questions about the menu in the guest’s language, from the restaurant’s own data only. On allergens, it would give only what the restaurant declared and point to the staff.
- Suggestions learned from orders (AI)
- Pairings suggested from what guests order together.
- Dishes in 3D on the table
- In augmented reality, with a menu photography and 3D capture service.
- Games while guests wait
- Alone or in teams at the same table, and a kids’ corner; original games, with no account and no personal data from children.
